The mold is factory-fitted with silicone sealing rings as standard, suitable for general sealing of conventional samples. For liquid samples to be tested, it can be directly replaced with fluororubber sealing rings, meeting the full-scenario sealing requirements of both dry solid and liquid samples. It features chemical corrosion resistance and liquid leakage resistance, compatible with observation of most scientific research samples.
Fully enclosed cavity structure design
After the mold is fully assembled, a complete and independent sealed space is formed inside, which completely isolates external air, moisture, dust, temperature and humidity interference. It perfectly protects easily oxidized, deliquescent and environmentally sensitive experimental samples, and avoids sample deterioration and data errors caused by environmental factors at the source.

Standardized full-process operation inside the glove box
All procedures including sample loading and mold assembly can be completed entirely inside the glove box. It perfectly matches the experimental system of inert gas glove boxes, isolating the atmospheric environment throughout the process. It is applicable to demanding environmental experiments for lithium battery materials, polymers, easily oxidized special materials and more.
